Эту разговорную (нередко с иронией) фразу обычно произносят на прощание. Здесь под Frische понимается бодрость (körperlich und geistig), а под alt — "прежний, обычный". Тогда смысл фразы можно передать так: в понедельник, мы, как обычно, в бодром расположении духа приступим к работе. То есть все такие свежие, отдохнувшие и с новыми силами. Na ja.
❓Я все думаю, какой бы классный аналог можно было бы отыскать в русском. Если у вас есть идеи, обязательно делитесь! Пока что мне на ум пришел фразеологизм «как огурчик»: — И чтоб в понедельник как огурчик! — В понедельник будем как огурчики!
