В Рязанской области прошла проверка магазинов-дискаунтеров «Светофор». В результате рейдов инспекторы Россельхознадзора выявили многочисленные нарушения.
Проверка показала, что в магазинах в продаже находилась продукция животного происхождения без необходимых ветеринарных документов, в частности, около 60 кг мясной и рыбной продукции без соответствующей маркировки, а также просроченные продукты.
Кроме того, лабораторные исследования проб молочной продукции подтвердили фальсификацию жиров немолочного происхождения в ряде популярных продуктов.
