Закрытие улицы Ленина (от Коммунистического проспекта до улицы Карла Маркса) и Коммунистического проспекта (от проспекта Мира до улицы Дзержинского) начнётся 31 декабря в 23:00 и продлится до 3 ночи 1 января.
Также изменится схема движения нескольких автобусных маршрутов в указанных районах.
