В целом если смотреть на рейд большой Одессы через доступные AIS, то там сейчас восхитительно пусто по сравнению с летом прошлого (да и этого) года, и в портах тоже тусовка изрядно поубавилась. Жизнь начинается примерно в районе устья Дуная, по понятным причинам.
Видимо так или иначе на сегодня наши решили показать, что трафика в/из Одессы быть не должно. Надолго ли это решение, и что дальше - увидим.

Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
