В Краснодаре приняли новый проект Генплана. Решение озвучили на 82-ом внеочередном заседании городской Думы.
«За последние пять лет Краснодар прирос порядка на 200 тысяч человек. Сегодня численность жителей города - около 1,6 млн человек. Поэтому необходимо скорректировать главный градостроительный документ столицы Кубани, исходя из фактической ситуации», - сказал глава Краснодара Евгений Наумов.
Единый документ вступит в силу 1 марта 2025 года. Срок реализации Генплана установлен до 2044 года.
