Стартовало строительство нового образовательного учреждения на 1550 мест. Его возведут в районе Баскет-Холла на улице Алексея Кадочникова. Также рядом со школой предусмотрено строительство четырёх детских садов по 350 мест каждый.

Общая площадь трехэтажного здания составит 20,8 тысяч м². В нём разместят кабинеты, два спортзала, два актовых зала, полноценный пищеблок и спортивное ядро во дворе.
