Сегодняшняя система ФСИН полностью коррумпированная и насквозь прогнившая. Наверняка сами вертухаи террористам и предоставили все необходимое. А еще возможно, что у заключенных из числа членов запрещенной в России ИГИЛ налажена устойчивая связь со своими единомышленниками на свободе. Здесь огромная недоработка со стороны ФСБ. Хотя они сейчас не этим заняты, все силы брошены на отлов неблагонадежных и не лояльных к власти, на борьбу с Telegram, YouTube, WhatsApp и VPN. Им сейчас точно не до террористов, СВО опять же... Нет, с террором у нас бороться некому.
