На часах 10 вечера. Только завершил очередную встречу с активными подписчиками. Звучала критика и предложения. Спасибо Сергею за инициативу по сохранению зеленого массива в Советском районе, восстановлению благоустройства вблизи Серебряного ручья. Вместе с Григорием (@tuktuk135) посадим на этой территории весной деревья. Многие вопросы городского развития, надеюсь, удалось донести до красноярцев, объяснить, почему действуем так, а не иначе.

Уже который раз отмечаю для себя, что красноярцы из Логинов-чата и ВК стремятся решить, прежде всего, не личные вопросы, а те, что интересуют многих жителей. Благодарен всем. Знаю, что Людмила Александровна осталась не совсем довольна ответом. Обязательно решим и её вопрос.

Под финал все разговорились. Ну а приятной неожиданностью стал звонок губернатора региона Михаила Котюкова. Пользуясь случаем, передал всем подписчикам моего чата привет. Так что с удовольствием транслирую всем вам.

All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
