В 2023 году на предприятии ПФ «КМТ» (входит в дивизион «Интерьер и экстерьер» ГК КСК) в Ломоносове (Санкт-Петербург) стартовала программа масштабного технического перевооружения. В сентябре 2024 года Фонд развития промышленности и ПФ «КМТ» подписали договор льготного займа на 587 млн рублей. За счет инвестиций на ПФ «КМТ» пополнят парк оборудования современными комплексами, создадут новые рабочие места, а также увеличат производственные мощности предприятия.
