А секретарь TCP-ALBA ещё и упомянул Путина в этом контексте. Явно, что через Кубу и Венесуэлу мы можем более активно работать с регионом и весь потенциал до сих пор не использован. А после заявлений Трампа вообще будет легче здесь взаимодействовать. Панама и так достаточно провашингтонскую позицию занимала, но, оказывается, это не предел для янки.
