Напомним читателю, что Росбанк внесен в 🇪🇺 европейский санкционный перечень 25 февраля. Помимо прочего, отдельным актом Совет ЕС предусмотрел специальное основание для разблокировки активов, структурированных через Росбанк: включил параграф 2d в "знаменитую" ст. 6b 269 Регламента.
Обжалует ли Росбанк только блокирующие санкции или же он также заявил, что срок на разблокировку (до 26.08.23) слишком краток? Узнаем, когда будет опубликован иск. Ждать около двух месяцев.

If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
