Екатерине Марковой 39 лет. В 2007-м окончила Липецкий государственный педагогический университет. Трудовую деятельность начала учителем экономики в школе села Кузьминские Отвержки. В последние годы была доцентом, а потом заведующей кафедры менеджмента ДГТУ. Также занимала в этом вузе должность завкафедрой государственного управления и менеджмента.
С 7 ноября 2024 года и до настоящего назначения была советником губернатора Липецкой области.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
