Рубцовские комсомольцы совместно с депутатом АКЗС Андрем Чернобаем помогли приюту с обустройством площадки для прогулок животных. Стоит отметить и то, что комсомольцы уже не первый раз оказывают помощь данному приюту.

Андрей Чернобай так прокомментировал проведённое мероприятие:

«Вместе с комсомольцами города Рубцовска мы помогли улучшить состояние территории вокруг центра стерилизации и реабилитации бездомных животных "Котофей Котофеич". Наша помощь основана на любви и сострадании к животным, и мы всегда готовы оказать поддержку центру.»
