Евросоюз пытается осложнить работу порта. Проблемы возникнут у российских и казахстанских компаний, транспортирующих нефть, добытую в Казахстане.

Ситуация сейчас.

Смотрим MarineTraffic. Для примера — два нефтяных танкера, один порожняком идет из Махачкалы в Актау, второй "Almaty" собирается из Актау в Махачкалу. Таких танкеров много — основной нефтепродуктовый поток в Махачкале это как раз нефть из Актау.
