Валиев и Мамедханов пригласили должника в офис, где в грубой, абсолютно бесчеловечной форме, унижая человеческое достоинство, разговаривали с ним. С целью унижения его, накрасили красной помадой, надели красные женские трусы и бюстгальтер заставили пройти по коридору якобы продемонстрировать тем самым, что «он не мужик и слово не держит». Полиция бездействует. Травмы же потерпевшим не нанесли. Да, и давно на финансовой подпитке правоохранители.
