Министерство финансов Хабаровского края подготовило отчёт об исполнении краевого бюджета в 2023 году. В целом, по цифрам, всё хорошо.

Краевой бюджет о доходам на прошедший год был запланирован в размере 141,3 млрд. руб., но по итогу удалось получить 165,4 млрд. руб. доходов. Основной источник повышенных доходов: дополнительные субсидии из федерального бюджета.

Потратить из бюджета первоначально планировали 145,6 млрд. руб. Затем появилась необходимость дофинансирования ряда статей, в результате чего финансовый план пришлось повысить до 171,7 млрд. руб. Но в итоге были расходы на сумму лишь 159,7 млрд. руб.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
