Приняли решение о комплексном развитии части территории промзоны "Серп и Молот".
Вместо устаревших складов и автосервисов там появятся объекты общественно-делового назначения: офисные здания, магазины, кафе, помещения для проведения выставок, деловых мероприятий и т.д.
Реорганизовывать будем территорию площадью 1,7 га рядом с пересечением Перовского проезда и Подъёмной улицы.
Будет создано порядка 1,5 тыс. рабочих мест.
Всего сейчас активно реализуются 29 проектов комплексного развития территорий общей площадью больше 392 га.
