Отвариваю достаточно долго, мну вилкой - початки и цельные зерна не рекомендуют до 18 месяцев - не безопасная форма. Если вижу, что есть жесткие зерна - убираю. Один раз порубила все ножом, и ели ложкой, тоже ок. Вкусно 🐭 Кнопа лопает эти зернышки как пылесос и полезно - много клетчатки и витаминов
