Что-то типа местной пиццы. Немного читерский рецепт, потому что из готового теста😃 Подойдет любое тонкое дрожжевое.
Готовится наипростейше: на тесто нанести тонким слоем сметану, смешанную с щепоткой соли и прованских трав. Сверху посыпать кубиками бекона (у меня не было, взяла просто салями) и луком (нарезала кубиками, добавила соль и капельку уксуса, помяла и оставила минут на 15 мариноваться). Запекать в духовке где-то 15 минут, смотреть по состоянию сметаны.
