Понадобится: ➡️ Лисички ➡️ Лук репчатый ➡️ Сметана 15% 4 ложки ➡️ Вода 100мл ➡️ Соль и зеленый лук по вкусу
➡️ одновременно закидываем в сковороду лисички и мелко нарезанный лук. Жарим 10 минут. Добавляем 2 ложки сметаны и соль. Мешаем. Наливаем немного воды, снова мешаем минуту. Добавляем еще 2 ложки сметаны и закрываем крышкой тушиться минут 5-7.
🍴 подаем с картофельным пюре и сверху посыпаем зеленым луком
