1️⃣Сахар с яйцами взбиваем до пышной пены. Добавляем кефир, соду и перемешиваем.
2️⃣Добавляем творог ,перемешиваем так ,чтобы он полностью замешался с тестом, я мешала погружным блендером.
3️⃣Вводим просеянную муку, перемешиваем и оставляем на 10 минут. Выкладываем ложкой на разогретую сковороду, смазанную растительным маслом. Выпекаем по 2-3 минуте с каждой стороны на среднем огне.
