По тревожной кнопке были вызваны сотрудники Росгвардии, которые прибыли на место через 30 минут, однако нападавшие не были задержаны. Пострадавший обратился в полицию, предоставив видеозапись инцидента и медицинские справки.
Несмотря на доказательства, сотрудники полиции предупредили о возможном отказе в возбуждении уголовного дела по статье о хулиганстве, поскольку личности нападавших не установлены.
