Предприятия должны быть запущены в 2028 году, то есть на переход к обязательному использованию плат власти отведут предприятиям два года.

А вот при полном импортозамещении на одно предприятие может уйти несколько триллионов рублей. При этом в Минпромторге, который отвечает за мероприятия, не раскрывают, есть ли в этих проектах госбюджет.
