В суд Ивановской области поступило дело 47-летнего местного жителя, обвиняемого в хулиганстве (п. «а» ч. 1 ст. 213 УК РФ).
В ночь на 2 октября 2022 года обвиняемый находился в приемном отделении ОБУЗ «Ивановская областная клиническая больница». Он нецензурно выражался в адрес медработников, а на просьбу одного из врачей успокоиться, подошел к нему и ударил ногой по голове.
Врач получил легкий вред здоровью. Нападающему грозит до семи лет лишения свободы.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
