Пять человек пострадали при артиллерийском обстреле Никополя в Днепропетровской области. Повреждения получило неназванное промышленное предприятие. Все пострадавшие — мужчины в возрасте от 30 до 39 лет, их госпитализировали.

Еще четыре человека получили ранения в результате авиаудара по жилому сектору в донецкой Константиновке. Повреждены четыре многоэтажных дома, пять частных, гараж и легковой автомобиль.

Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
