Владимир уверенно стартовал с двух побед, но в третьем туре потерпел поражение. Однако он собрался с силами и одержал три победы подряд. Это позволило школьнику вновь выйти в лидеры турнира.
Первое место принесло Владимиру весомый бонус — звание мастера ФИДЕ.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
