С 25 ноября 2024 года Совкомбанк запустил услугу покупки и продажи наличных таиландских батов в четырёх отделениях Москвы. Теперь клиенты банка могут приобрести или продать эту валюту по следующим адресам: ул. Вавилова, д. 24; 1-я Тверская-Ямская ул., д. 16/23, стр. 1; ул. Щепкина, д. 28; Краснопресненская наб., д. 14, стр. 1 (отделение для клиентов Wealth Management).
Добавление батов в онлайн-сервис бронирования курса планируется на начало декабря. В настоящее время через сервис можно фиксировать курс для долларов США, евро, юаней и дирхамов ОАЭ.
Клиенты могут заранее забронировать курс валюты на сайте банка, выбрать удобное отделение для получения и оплатить валюту как наличными рублями, так и картой Совкомбанка. Владелец карты «Халва» может получить скидку при совершении операции в кассе.
