доброе утро! вчера был напряжный день, который состоял из важных решений для нашей семьи в дальнейших перспективах.
а пока в студию врывается второй кризис одного года))) у нас случился переход на 1 сон, и теперь я не уверена, что он ложный. но ощущение, словно Ульяне всё равно слишком много вб. первое вб 4 часа, и она на капризах, второе вб 6 часов и уже на последний час перед сном она тоже начинает исполнять. но при двух снах спит по пол часа и поздно укладывается на ночь 🤷♀️ пока не понятно ничего…
какое время бодрствования у ваших детей? напишите пожалуйста с возрастом⤵️
