Пятеро арестованных ваххабитов 1 февраля перевезли в изолятор в Тобольске из СИЗО № 1 в Тюмени. Саитова, Ихсанова, Арканова, Мишукова и Канлыбаева судят за кражи, угон автомобиля, нарушение ПДД и убийство.
Около одиннадцати вечера заключённые подручными средствами заблокировали замочную скважину. Начальница конвоя ИВС не смогла открыть дверь в камеру во время обхода. Она позвала наряд и вызвала скорую. Сначала арестанты все вместе держали дверь. Но сотрудники её выбили и обезвредили бунтовщиков.
Один из заключённых нанёс себе множественные раны лезвием.

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
