В книге мальчик пытается понять, что такое стыд, когда он возникает, как он проявляется в теле и зачем он нужен.
Книга от издательства Питер, идеальна для детей с 3-4 лет 👌 Но мне как матери она стала полезна уже сейчас. В начале книги есть полезная информация для родителей, а в конце вопросы для ребенка.
Самое важное, что я учла для себя: ✅Если говорите, что что-то делать нельзя, предлагайте альтернативу ✅Голосами родителей говорит наш внутренний критик. От вас зависит, что он будет говорить в голове вашего ребенка. ✅Если ребенок переживает чувство стыда, поддержите его, а не отвергайте.
