В этом году я отчетливо понимаю, что не смогу предаться философии расхламления также бойко и активно как раньше. Тёма сейчас требует много моего времени и внимания.
Буду все делать в спокойном режиме и в меру своих сил. Одна микрозадача в день (я прям расписала их в заметках). Ведь в любом случае мы это делаем не для кого то, а для себя. Зачем это делать запыхавшись, раздражаясь, с чувством долга и с языком на плече, если от этого надо получать удовоооольствие?
Важно иметь правильный ментальный настрой - все это в радость! Под музыку, с открытыми окнами и отличным настроем на очищение!

All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
