Прокуратура Мурманской области установила, что бывший руководитель стивидорной компании являясь также бывшим акционером и единоличным исполнительным органом общества, начиная с 2016 года, производил реорганизацию порта путем выделения из него имущества нефтеперевалочного комплекса в иное акционерное общество, которое в последующем было ликвидировано.
Прокуратура обратилась с иском в Арбитражный суд Мурманской области, оспорив сделки по отчуждению имущества. Требования удовлетворены, сделки признаны недействительными, принято решение о возврате имущества кадастровой стоимостью более 4 млрд рублей в собственность предприятия с долей участия Российской Федерации в размере 100 % акций.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
