До 2 марта на более 30 площадках в центре и округах города развернулась масштабная гастрономическая и развлекательная программа.

В торговых рядах представлены более 50 видов блинов с 200 уникальными начинками, а также угощения из разных уголков России. На фестивальных площадках проходят мастер-классы, народные игры и забавы, спектакли по мотивам народных сказок и концерты, а в «Домиках добра» принимают подарки и теплые пожелания для тех, кто в этом особенно нуждается.
