Гагаринский районный суд города Москвы рассматривает гражданское дело по иску Корецких Ю.А. к Запашному Э.В. о защите чести, достоинства и деловой репутации. В иске указано, что Запашный Э.В. распространил в своем Telegram-канале недостоверные и порочащие истца сведения. Определением от 26.11.2024 производство по делу приостановлено в связи с назначением судебной лингвистической экспертизы.
