Депутаты указывают на нехватку акушеров-гинекологов и неонатологов (более 5000 и дефицит в 8,5-11,5 тыс. сотрудников с учётом акушерок), а также просят проверить законность закрытий, в особенности после капитального ремонта, и разработать стратегию сохранения и развития родильных домов, решения кадровой проблемы и обеспечения доступности медицинской помощи.
