Варяги решили сбросить свою проблему муниципалам, чтобы потом их к уголовке привлекать ... Поэтому и письмишко озаглавить правильно не ХОТИМ!! ПОНИМАЕМ, не напишешь же "О пристраивании неиспользованного госпиталя в 1 000 000 000 руб. по частям или целиком с последующим уголовным делом".
Какие должны быть "нУжды" в муниципалитетах на винил??? Для общенародной нуждЫ бумага требуется и желательно без свинца🤣‼‼
