Пассажирам предлагается полный возврат стоимости билетов, либо одно бесплатное изменение маршрута на Омск или Новосибирск.
В случае если пассажир перемаршрутировал билет на Омск или Новосибирск возврат не разрешён. Обязательство по перевозке считается выполненным и возмещение расходов за дорогу от Омска или Новосибирска до Екатеринбурга не предусмотрено.
