Чернівецький бізнесмен Юрій Кушнір, який також був/є під санкціями як контрабандист, пішов на угоду про визнання винуватості у справі про надання неправомірної вигоди колишньому голові Чернівецької обласної ради Івану Мунтяну. Йому призначили 6 років умовного позбавлення волі зі штрафом у розмірі 83,26 млн грн та із забороню займатися діяльністю, пов'язаною з експортом та імпортом товарів до України, строком на 2 роки 8 місяців. Його звільнили від ув'язнення на 3 роки випробувального терміну.
Також Кушнір зобов'язаний протягом року перерахувати 10 млн грн на рахунок благодійного фонду «Повернись живим» для забезпечення потреб армійської авіації Сухопутних військ Збройних сил України. Крім того, на потреби ЗСУ буде перераховано 5 млн грн застави, внесеної за нього.
Раніше з ним уклали угоду у справі про корупцію на Чернівецький митниці.
