В связи с перевыполнением плановых показателей по налоговым и неналоговым доходам за 10 месяцев текущего года увеличены расходы на: оплату труда работников бюджетной сферы, лекарственное обеспечение и медоборудование, специальную социальную выплату медработникам, в соответствии с поручением Президента РФ, соцподдержку участников СВО и членов их семей.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
