100 г творога (у меня 5%) 30 гр тертого сулугуни (у меня из ВВ безлактозный) 1 яйцо 1 ст л муки
Готовим: ❤️Смешать творог, яйцо, сыр ❤️Добавить муку ❤️Перемешать хорошо ❤️Сковороду смазать маслом ГХИ ❤️Выложить на разогретую сковороду, но не раскаленную (!) блинчиком ❤️Выпекать под крышкой по 4-5 минут, переворачивается просто лопаткой (у меня идеально)
