Крепкий, здоровый сон ребенка это то, о чем я мечтаю с первых дней его жизни. Когда ребенок совсем мал, он нуждается в мамином тепле, объятиях, ласке - это его успокаивает и позволяет выспаться. Но вот малыш становится все старше, начинает понимать речь, любит разглядывать картинки и отличная идея - читать перед сном сказки📚✨

Малыш успокаивается от активных игр, настраивается на сон и привыкает, что за сказкой следует сон😴 найти сами сказки с красочными, очень красивыми иллюстрациями, советы для качественного отдыха, и даже упражнения и образы можно в уникальной на мой взгляд книге "Сонные сказки", которая дарит родителям интересные идеи, чтобы успокоить ребенка, настроить на сон и даже сделать этот процесс интересным и долгожданным ❤️

Я не смогла пройти мимо "Сонных сказок", которые затрагивают одну из главных тем последних месяцев💔💤

Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
