🇷🇺 В Челябинском облсуде рассмотрят дело в отношении инородца Шахзода Сатторова, который скрывался после убийства русского подростка у ТРК «Космос».
Следователями было установлено, что Сатторов скрывается в Казахстане. Как сообщили в пресс-службе прокуратуры региона, он был задержан компетентными органами и этапирован в Челябинск для привлечения к уголовной ответственности. Еще двое из компании продолжают скрываться.
Сатторова будут судить в Челябинском областном суде. Там же рассматривается дело семи других мигрантов, участвовавших в драке. Присоединят ли его к основной группе — пока неизвестно. В прокуратуре области утвердили обвинительное заключение. Мигранта, как и некоторых из его товарищей, обвиняют по пп. «ж, „и“ ч. 2 ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство), ч. 2 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
