Тех преподавателей, кому уже стукнуло 40 и более, планируют перевести на 0,5 ставки. Остальную их учебную нагрузку проводить все равно надо. Поэтому предлагается, чтобы они провели эту нагрузку в качестве консультантов. Консультанты, как вы понимаете, не входят в ППС. В результате количество ставок, занимаемых возрастными преподавателями, уменьшается, а процент молодых автоматически увеличивается.
Говорят, что списки возрастных педагогов уже составлены, и их по очереди вызывают к руководству для подписания добровольного согласия.
