Провел рабочую встречу с региональным директором ПАО «Промсвязьбанк» операционного офиса Биробиджанский Андреем Ольшанским.

Мы обсуждали сотрудничество в финансово-кредитной сфере при реализации крупных проектов на территории нашей области. А именно ремонт школ, библиотек и учреждений культуры.

Андрей Сергеевич заверил меня, что ПСБ дает гарантии не только в проведении финансовых операций, но и контроле грамотного распределения федерального бюджета. В сентябре на Восточном экономическом форуме мы подпишем соглашение о сотрудничестве.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
