«Это должна быть цифровая платформа, на которой любой житель мирамало того, что мог посмотреть и познакомиться с этими изделиями, но и, например, заказать любой из этих артефактов, которые люди делают традиционно ручным трудом», — рассказал министр Алексей Чекунков.
Территорию Арктической зоны России, Сибири и Дальнего Востока населяют представители 47 коренных малочисленных народов общей численностью более 300 тысяч человек. Они имеют особый статус и возможность пользоваться рядом преференций со стороны государства.
Над инновационной платформой будут работать якутские IT-специалисты. Создание маркетплейса займёт пару недель.

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
