Юрий Трутнев перед началом заседания лично пожал руку каждому и поблагодарил регионы за оказание помощи фронту. Фактически полпред фиксирует, что только совместными усилиями удастся победить в войне с нацизмом.
Не случайно и повестка встречи начинается с темы обеспечения военнослужащих.
