Производимой энергии в регионе не хватает на покрытие всех потребностей с учетом того, что отопление также отключено и многие пользуются электрическими обогревателями. Местные де-факто власти призвали жителей региона пользоваться дровяными печами, твердотопливными и жидкотопливными котлами.
