Вчера посетил «День поставщика» в рамках встречи руководства «Дом РФ» и «Деловой России». Такие мероприятия приносят много пользы: это не только возможность представить свои разработки, но и шанс найти поставщиков услуг, решений и продукции для своей компании. За два часа прослушал и посмотрел презентации 40 компаний из самых разных сфер — от строительных компаний и проектировщиков до поставщиков ПО, систем связи, продуктов и воды, а также компаний, предлагающих коммуникационные услуги и продвижение B2C сервисов и проектов. Отметил для себя более десяти интересных компаний. Будем работать! Не знал, что Дом РФ занимается разработкой мастер планов для городов. Супер актуально для Севастополя. Но, это тема уже для другого поста.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
