Депутаты думы ХМАО не успели еще выйти с летних каникул, а уже кулуарно раздают своим родственникам награды. На днях забронзовевший спикер парламента Хохряков подписал постановление о награждении почетной грамотой думы своей 40-летней супруги Ксении Букреневой за многолетний эффективный труд и значительный вклад в развитие образования в Югре. Пару лет назад она, выйдя из декрета, возглавила в столице ХМАО новую современную школу-сад. Глава Ханты-Мансийска единоросс-Ряшин доверил ей такую должность, где она получает более 200 тыс. рублей, конечно же за профессионализм, никакого блата и протекции у Ряшина в администрации, как и у Хохрякова в думе, быть не может!

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
