Казначейство России через платформу «Электронный бюджет» показало сведения об освоении годового бюджета регионами на 1 января. Большинство дальневосточных территорий вошли в 30 лучших по эффективности работы финансовых менеджеров, и только два региона заняли места в шестом десятке.
Лучшими регионами в ДФО по исполнению бюджета стали Якутия (98,8% исполнения, 6 строчка в списке), Бурятия (98,7%, 7 позиция), ЕАО и Забайкалье (98,5%, 8 строчка).
На 13 месте Камчатка (97,7%), на 16-м – Магаданская область (97,3%). В первой двадцатке также Сахалинская и Амурская области. На 22-й строчке разместилось Приморье (96,5%). Хабаровский край (51) и Чукотка (54) исполнили бюджеты на 90,9% и 89,7% соответственно.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
